P. Ravindra Pai is the Managing Director at Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt. Ltd. He joined the company as a Director in 2003 and today oversees all activities including sourcing of land, project conceptualization, execution and delivery. Under his leadership, Century has undertaken more than 6 million sq ft of construction and has grown from a 50-member company to a 300 strong coherent firm overseeing all the aspects of development. He played a pivotal role in the evolution of Century Real Estate from being a land aggregator and facilitator to an integrated real estate solutions provider.

Back in the early 2000s when affordable housing was a distant reality, Ravi was one of the first few to envisage and deliver homes in the sub 50 lakh category, helping over 25,000 families realize their dream of owning a home.

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Ravi has experience in diverse fields including software programming, business process migration and sales with organizations such as Tata Infotech, GE Capital and Oracle. Given his academic background, he highly values the power of research and therefore collaborated with IIM Bangalore for a first of its kind research initiative around the Indian Real sector called IIMB-CRERI.
